There are 2 ways to make sure you're protected
Option #1
We accept personal insurance. If your car is insured with AAA, State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, 21st Century, USAA or Travelers, you should add the RV to your personal policy for the duration of your RV rental. Typically your insurance company will not charge you to do so. If you're insured with a specialty insurance company, they may offer coverage. It's worth a phone call to your insurance agent.
This will save you money on the insurance fees, and will lower your out of pocket deductible in case of an accident.
You will need a special form from us called the insurance binder request form. When making your reservation, please let us know that you would like to use personal insurance and we will email you the form with all the necessary information on it.
Simply email the form to your insurance agent, and they will take care of the rest.
Once we get confirmation of coverage, we will remove our insurance, and refund the insurance fee.
Anyone that is listed on your policy will be allowed to drive the RV.
Proof of coverage must be provided a minimum of 24 hours before the reservation start to qualify for a refund of insurance fees.

Insurance deductible is $1,500 per incident.
You will be able to add as many drivers to the policy as you'd like. To add additional drivers, we will need a photo of their drivers license, email and phone number. Simply email or text that over to us and we will submit the information to the insurance company.
To qualify for insurance the drivers need to be over the age of 25 and have a clean driving record. The reservation needs to have at least 1 approved driver in order for us to release the vehicle to the renter. International drivers can be covered by the insurance.
This coverage will cover Chill RV as primary for losses covered under the policy during the rental. Renters’ personal insurance will act as primary to any coverage they have purchased through us. If other sources of recovery also cover the loss, the insurance company reserves the right to pursue recovery of any claim payments.
Please note this insurance does not cover windshield replacement, mis-fueling, or tire repair or replacement. It also does not cover interior damages. Interior damage protection may be purchased as a separate insurance.
Every reservation requires a $1,000 damage security deposit. Reservations for Burning Man require a $1,800 damage security deposit.

A cobertura para danos em veículos recreativos alugados oferece proteção caso o locatário segurado cause danos acidentais ao interior do veículo enquanto este estiver estacionado durante o período de locação.
O plano oferece cobertura para danos acidentais, que podem incluir: eletrodomésticos quebrados e certos aparelhos eletrônicos, portas internas, paredes e móveis danificados, roupas de cama ou lençóis manchados.
A cobertura chega a US$ 500. Quaisquer danos internos que excedam esse valor são de responsabilidade direta dos locatários.
Seguro de viagem: 6% do custo da noite
Preocupado com mudanças nos planos? Adicione este plano se desejar a flexibilidade de remarcar sua viagem até 4 dias antes do início, sem penalidades! (Cancelamentos com reembolso devem ser feitos com 3 semanas de antecedência da data de início). Você terá dois anos para remarcar sua viagem.
