Leo Carrillo

Our Favorite Place to Camp in LA

This is our absolute favorite place to stay within the LA area. The campground features best of both worlds. It has ample space in between each site, is surrounded by mountains and vegetation, has a picnic table and allows campfires! The campground also has direct access to the Leo Carrillo beach which has beautiful rock formations and caves to explore! They have standard and electric sites available. This campsite is very busy on the weekends and during summer months, but typically has lots of spots during the low season times. Perfect place to enjoy nature without spending hours driving.

The Californian RV Resort is located in sunny Acton, California. Situated on a hillside above the CA-14, it is not only very scenic, but it’s very serene.
